It has a comfortable living room altogether with well equipped American kitchen, a spacious double bedroom, a newly refurbished bathroom with shower and a large terrace with sunbeds and amazing views.
It is located in very quiet complex Corona Amarilla on the top of Puerto Rico, about 20-minute walk to the beach of Puerto Rico or to the main shopping center with a number of shops, restaurants and supermarkets with free delivery.
The complex is very well kept and it has a very nice communal pool (the apartment is just a few steps from the pool). There is also free wifi in the apartment.
The price is 490 euros per week and we charge breakage deposit out of which we discount any possible damages and final cleaning. Check with us for reduced prices for stays over month.
